This is an unrestricted, firm fixed price, definite quantity, other than full and open competition Request for Proposal. NAICS 336413 applies. Government source approval is required. The only approved source is (98391) Arkwin Industries. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at ORIGIN. Delivery Schedule: 285 days ARO. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The request is for a written proposal. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. ELECTRONIC OFFERS ARE ACCEPTABLE. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
