FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 332710 � Machine Shops and the size standard is 500 employees. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail ONLY to martin.d.mejia.civ@us.navy.mil by 10 June 2024, 2PM Pacific Time. All responses received by this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
