Description

On or about 24 June 2024, this office will issue Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Oahe Indian Creek Cultural Resource Bank Stabilization The solicitation will close on or about 24 July 2024. This solicitation is restricted to SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY Project Description: This project is for the rehabilitation of a bank stabilization in Walworth County SD adjacent to Lake Oahe/Oahe Dam Project. The work is located approximately two (2) miles southeast of Mobridge, SD.� The exact location of the work will be provided in the solicitation. The work will consist of the rehabilitation of approximately 1,500 linear feet of shoreline herein referred to as �Indian Creek Bank Stabilization�. The work will consist of salvaging and stockpiling the existing rock, reshaping of the embankment slope, placement of geotextile fabric and replacement of stockpiled rock. The contractor will be limited to the designated areas for operations. Bid Guarantee A bid guarantee in the amount of 20% will be required at the time of bid submission. Magnitude of Disclosure Between $250,000 and $500,000 NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard for Small Business of $39,500,000.00. All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity. Contractors must ensure that the applicable NAICS code 237990 is included in their profile prior to submission of offer.
