- SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy.� As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. The following Addendum is being issued for the subject Request for Quotation: #346427_Forklift. Amendment 01 Amended Technical evaluation criteria are as follows: Must have 72� forks 8,000 Pound Capacity Lithium Battery with charger at no additional cost 3 Stage Mast Extended Warranty � up to 10,000 hours Max Leadtime: 30 Days Sideshift and sideshifting fork positioner Lowered Height of 57� and Max height of 235� Pneumatic solid tires Clarification Questions: Could you please specify the model year required for the Hyster J80XN forklift? Is there a preference for the latest model year, or are earlier models acceptable? We require new. 2023 or 0224 as long as it is a new model. Mast requirements needed? 2 Stage Limited Free Lift, 2 Stage Full Free Lift or 3 Stage Full Free Lift? 3 Stage Mast Max lift height required?� Yes, we need the ability to get to the 3rd�floor of B750. Overall lowered mast height? If they have any height restrictions Overall lowered height of 57"" Carriage requirements needed? Sideshift? YES Sideshifting Fork Positioner? Yes Tires required Standard pneumatic? No Pneumatic solids? Yes Extended Warranty 5 Year 10,000 Hour Standard Powertrain Coverage? Yes, and more if we can get it.� This Addendum modifies the Request for Quotation and must be acknowledged. Failure to acknowledge all addenda could make your proposal non-responsive. �Please confirm that the submitted proposal is not changed because of this addendum. If proposal sent is revised because of this, please submit the revised proposal. The following changes are hereby made to the appropriate documents contained the above-mentioned Request for Quotation (RFQ). All other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain the same.
