- SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy.� As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. Amendment 01 HI, The following Addendum is being issued for the subject Request for Quotation: 346893 Statement of Work is revised to the attached: SOW Irwin Microwave LockIn � Additional Technical evaluation criteria are as follows: Multi-tone outputs by combining at least eight independent sinusoidal signals with choice of phase, amplitude and frequency Generate sideband frequencies and perform analog amplitude modulation, phase modulation, and frequency modulation This Addendum modifies the Request for Quotation and must be acknowledged. Failure to acknowledge all addenda could make your proposal non-responsive. �Please confirm that the submitted proposal is not changed because of this addendum. If proposal sent is revised because of this, please submit the revised proposal. The following changes are hereby made to the appropriate documents contained the above-mentioned Request for Quotation (RFQ). All other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain the same. Four high speed (14 bit at 50MHz) and four high precision (18 bit at 200kHz) independent Outputs 3. Demodulate at least four frequencies per channel 4. 10 MHz and 100 MHz clock input/output signals 5. Dual channel oscilloscope with Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) with 1 GHz bandwidth 6. Parametric sweeper 7. Input voltage noise (::s;3.5 nV/ Hz below 1GHz;::s;2_5 nv/ Hz from 1-8.5GHz) 8. ::s;-30 dBm to 5 dBm output range into 50 Ohms 9. LAN/ethernet and USB connections User friendly GUI control software and Python operability � 10. User friendly GUI control software and Python operability Quote is for product only; no on-site services permitted. Source selection will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method.
