- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is set aside for Small Business for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26224Q1251 The Department of Veterans Affairs Loma Linda Healthcare System, Loma Linda, CA 92357 has a requirement for Weapon Detection System. The Contractor is to furnish Five (5) Weapon Detection System/lanes and perform installation job at The VA Loma Linda Healthcare System located in 11201 Benton St, Loma Linda, CA 92357. Refer to B.2 STAETMENT OF WORK (SOW) for more detailed requirement and salient characteristics Weapon Detection System must have. Shipping must be included in cost. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561621, Size Standard $25M. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The Contract begins on the date of award. Key solicitation milestones are: Submit any questions regarding this procurement via email to Hestia.Sim@va.gov no later than 10am Pacific Local Time Friday, April 19, 2024. No questions will be answered after this date/time unless determined to be in the best interest of the Government as determined by the Contracting Officer. Site Visit will be available through appointments only. Late site visit request will NOT be accepted due to time constraints. Due to time constraints, responses to the solicitation shall be due on Friday, June 21, 2024, at 10:00 Pacific Time.
