- Eastern Regional Architecture & Engineering (ERAE) � 80GRC024R0006 The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Glenn Research Center (GRC) in Cleveland, Ohio, plans to issue a Synopsis for Architecture & Engineering (A-E) qualifications in accordance with FAR Part 36. �A-E and related services include but are not limited to the preparation of conceptual engineering studies and final facility building and infrastructure designs for the following NASA Centers: NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) Lewis Field (LF), Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility (ATF), Sandusky, Ohio; Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), Greenbelt, Maryland; Wallops Flight Facility (WFF), Wallops Island, Virginia; Langley Research Center (LaRC), Hampton, Virginia; with the possibility of performance at other NASA assets and Centers nationwide.� The scope of work will require A-E services across all project phases including planning and conceptual feasibility studies, permitting, preliminary engineering reports, final design, Engineering Services During construction (ESDC), activation and commissioning.� A-E services also include design and technical assistance during bidding of construction efforts.� These services may be utilized for projects having construction estimates typically in the range of $500,000 to $10,000,000. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. This acquisition is anticipated to be a multiple award full and open competition with approximately four awards reserved for Small Business. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541330 � Engineering Services and $25.5M, respectively. The anticipated release date of the Synopsis is on or about July 18, 2024, with an anticipated award date of January 2025. All responsible sources may submit qualifications which shall be considered by the Agency.
