- **Amendment 0001 is to provide Government responses to vendor questions. Please see the attached Questions and Answers, amended Solicitation, and Attachment M. All changes are highlighted in yellow. **The proposal submission response time remains 7/02/2024 at 10:00 AM ET. Overview: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for services under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 813920 and Product Service Code (PSC) R499. The government will utilize the FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for this procurement. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis, allowing for full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Scope: The Contractor shall provide external expertise and conduct a peer review of selected episodes of care. The Contractor shall use the provided platform (Electronic Health Record) for the review of medical records and report templates. Under this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), the Contractor shall perform the following: � Peer Review for Quality Management o Audits o Facility Request Reviews � Management Review o Management Review o Clinical Appeals � Medical Advisory Opinions � Executive Summaries � Reports � Inter-Rater Reliability (IRR) Studies Performance Period: The BPAs will be established for a period of performance of five years. Contractor Requirements and Submission Instructions: See Section E of the attached solicitation for details. Quotes shall be received on or before July 02, 2024, at 10:00 AM ET. All quotes shall be sent to the Contract Specialist Chris Binkley (Christopher.Binkley@va.gov) and Contracting Officer Caitlin Ruc (Caitlin.Ruc@va.gov). Note:�Quotes received after the due date and time shall not be considered. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist (Christopher.Binkley@va.gov) and Contracting Officer (Caitlin.Ruc@va.gov). THE CUT-OFF DATE AND TIME FOR RECEIPT OF QUESTIONS IS June 11, 2024, at 10:00 AM ET.
