Description

This project involves the replacement of two existing passenger elevators with new components. This will require the phasing demolition and new operation of one elevator prior to the demolition and operation of the second elevator. Additionally, there is architectural, mechanical, fire protection and telecom work related to the installation of these elevators. Solicitation# 47PF0024R0057 Amendment 0001 - Findley Elevator Modernization Project, Paul Findley Federal Building, Springfield, IL.� AMENDMENT 0001:� 1. The solicitation drawings dated March 1, 2024 are hereby replaced in their entirety with the enclosed drawings dated April 24, 2024.� 2. The enclosed proposal pricing sheets hereby replace the original pricing sheet. Offerors are required to now also provide pricing for an Alternate 1 (gearless machine) in lieu of geared machines. Additionally, pricing shall be offered, as an option, for 12 months of elevator maintenance after construction completion.� The deadline for proposals remains the same at June 17, 2024.� AMENDMENT 0002: 1. Section 142200 Electric Traction Elevator Modernization is hereby replaced in its entirety with the enclosed Section 142200 2. Section 01 23 00 - Alternatives is hereby replaced in its entirety with the enclosed Section 01 23 00 3. The sign-in sheet and agenda from the pre-proposal meeting are enclosed 4.
