- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), PMA 263 (Program Office for Navy and Marine Corps Small Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems), awarded a firm-fixed-price order N00019-24-F-0105 to Textron Systems Corporation, 124 Industry Lane, Hunt Valley, MD on June 11, 2024. This procurement is for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) services at Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR) Lot 4 Sites 8 and 9 for up to 36 months. OIR Lot 4 Sites 8 and 9 have a deployment support base period of performance of six (6) months plus two (2) 12-month option periods of performance, and one (1) 6-month option period of performance. This action was awarded under the authority at 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) (previously Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1)), one source or limited sources, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
