- Description
- The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking proposals from qualified and eligible organizations to provide technical assistance and support to USAID/Ukraine�s Office of Democracy and Governance (ODG) to implement the USAID Revenue and Expenditure Governance Reforms Operationalized (RevGRO) Activity as fully described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). USAID anticipates awarding one Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) completion type contract over a five-year period of performance, with a base of three years and two option years, depending on yearly performance, Government of Ukraine (GOU) political will for public financial management (PFM) reforms, and Contracting Officer approval. The estimated cost range for this contract is between $48 and $52 million.
