- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Range Telephone Cooperative Inc. The company shall provide telephone and internet service to the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, Lame Deer, Montana. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available.� Firms that believe they can provide the�software are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within�15 days of the publication date of this notice.� A determination by the Government not to compete this action is�within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.�
