- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Federal Protective Service (FPS), Acquisition Division (AD) is extending the ordering period of contract 70RFP219DEC000008, with the Apogee-SSU Joint Venture, LLC. (Apogee-SSU), for the maintenance and service of technical countermeasure (TCM) systems at the Ronald Reagan Building (RRB), 1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC.� This extension is for continued technical countermeasure maintenance (TCM) services at the�Ronald Reagan Building (RRB) to allow time to award and transition the follow-on effort for these services.
