- The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District (NWK) has a recurring requirement to acquire Architect-Engineer (AE) Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW)/Environmental Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC) for execution of its environmental mission. This regional AE contract acquisition will be conducted in accordance with 40 U.S.C. Chapter 11 ? Selection of Architects and Engineers, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.6 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 236.6.
