- Solicitation number FA822724R2052 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 and its supplements. The Government anticipates this acquisition to be a Sole Source award to FEI Company (CAGE 1FJ95). See justification attached to this solicitation. This announcement is filed under NAICS code 334516 and Product Service Code J066. This requirement is to purchase a Variable Pressure Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope system. These services will be provided in accordance with the specifications in the attached Purchase Description. Contracting Officer�s Business Size Selection: Sole Source NAICS Code: 334516 NAICS Code Small Business Size Standard: 1000 Size Standards in Number of Employees Product Service Code: J066 The anticipated CLIN structure of the resulting award will reflect: See attachment FA822725R2052 Combined Synopsis Solicitation for this information. � All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis. Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; meeting specifications in product description; and performance within the specified timeframe. Any exceptions to the Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope Purchase Description, must be identified in quote. By submitting a quote, the contractor agrees to all stipulations in the purchase specification unless specified as an exception in the quote. **The due date for all proposals is Friday, 28 June 2024 at 4:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time (MST).** All questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted by Tuesday, 25 June 2024 at 12:00 P.M. MST to allow for the Government to assess the inquiry and provide a response.
