Description

DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 07 (NCO 7)  DESCRIPTION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice to replace the Liebert Air Handling Unit and the associated condenser the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center (RHJ VAMC) in Charleston, SC. This service contract is to install a replacement AHU including associated condenser and remove the old Liebert 5-ton AHU and associated 20 ton condensen. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Procedures. Request for Proposal# 36C24724Q0807 for this effort which will be set-aside for SDVSOB only, will be posted to beta.SAM (https://beta.sam.gov) on or about June 18, 2024. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications and information necessary to quote the project. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors with a Small Business Administration size standard of $19 Million.
