- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, labor and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Laundy and Dry Cleaning (L&DC) and Alteration/Repair services for the Army Operational Camouflage Pattern Uniforms (OCP) and Army Service/Dress Uniform (ASU) for seven Army JROTC units assigned to El Paso School District. NOTE:� Period of Performance dates will be updated in the Laundry Table, at time of award, to match the Period of Performance dates in the Delivery Information section of the solicitatin. Update 17 June 2024 Industry Questions and Answers atached. No changes are made to the soliciation as a result of the Q and As.�
