- Amendment #2: The purpose of this modification is to: 1. Incorporate revisions to Section 00 21 16 01 - Solicitation Information, Section 00 21 16 03 - Instructions to Offerors, Section 00 21 16 04 - Evaluation Factors for Award, and Section 00 73 01 - Contract Type/Performance, Special Contract Requirements; 2. Update Exhibit I (Wage Determinations) to incorporate current Davis Bacon Wage Determinations; and 3. Provide responses to submitted Requests for Information (RFIs). Amendment #1: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Incorporate revisions to SECTION 00 21 16 04 ? Evaluation Factors f or Award; 2. Delete FAR 52.203-17 Contractor Employee Whistleblower Rights (NOV 2023); 3. Update Exhibit I (Wage Determinations) to incorporate current Davis Bacon Wage Determinations; 4. Change the proposal due date f rom June 12, 2024 to June 25, 2024; and 5. Provide responses to submitted Requests for Information (RFIs).
