- This acquisition is proceeding as a Full and Open, Invitation for Bid(IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: ZlKF, SIC CODE:1629, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is�$37,000,000. All questions should be directed to James Neal (james.neal@usace.army.mil).� Estimated Cost Range is between $1,000,000 -$5,000,000� The work includes maintenance dredging of the Redwood City Channel to -30-ft (MLLW) plus 1 foot of paid overdepth and transporting of the dredged material to the�SF-DODS or�contractor furnished beneficial�reuse site. This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price(FFP) contract.� The solicitation will be available on/about July 1, 2024 for viewing/downloading the solicitation and documents.� ALL BIDS will be due on/about July 31, 2023 12:00 pm PST. The specific�date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION,� EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.� Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on SAM.gov once the IFB is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from this site will require prior registration in SAM.gov. For further information, please click on the Sam.Gov homepage link, Vendor User Guide.� The only plan holders/bidders list is available via Sam.Gov. In order to view or add to the list, you will need to be registered and sign into�SAM.gov.
