- The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Contracting Department, Norfolk VA 23511-3392, intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for a Low Speed Vehicle with Sander and Snow Plow attachments in support of MESG2. The policies and procedures of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures will be utilized. Please see attachments for further information.� Please note the solicitation has been amended to incorporate the question and answer received. The solicitation deadline has also been extended. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please see the attached amended RFQ.
