Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Four (4) separate brand name or equal to Braun Wheelchair Lifts for Chevrolet Express Vehicles as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C26024Q0561 and is attached. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 Effective Date: 02/23/2024 This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and the associated NAICS Code 339113 has a small business size standard of 800 Employees. The business has been verified for ownership and control pursuant to 38 CFR 74 and is certified in SBA s VetCert database. Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 13. Comparative evaluation is the side-by-side comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions. Quotes must be emailed to: jeffrey.kelley1@va.gov and received no later than 1300 PST on 05/31/2024. Quotes may be submitted on the attached RFQ or the vendor s own form. All questions must be submitted in writing and will not be answered via telephone, no exceptions. Any questions or concerns regarding this solicitation should be forwarded in writing via email to jeffrey.kelley1@va.gov by 05/25/2024 at 1PM PST. No late quotations will be accepted.
