- This is a Total Small Buiness Set-Aside. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit all Prospective Offerors for the purpose of entering into a Purchase Order to provide Brand Specific Mecho Shade Window Blinds for the Facilities Management Unit in the CJIS Division. Amendment 3: The purpose of this amenment is to - Provide the Government's responses to all questions received from each quoter. Revisions to the RFQ are in red font and are provided with this amendment, as well as finalized the interchange form. All other dates, and terms and conditions remain unaltered. Please see newly attached Mecho Shade Request for Quote RFQ Amendment 2 with edited items in red font and attachments 3-7. Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to - Add the Site Visit Time to the solicitation All other dates, and terms and conditions remain unaltered. Please see newly attached Mecho Shade Request for Quote RFQ Amendment 2 with edited items in red font and RFQ_Amendment_2 pdf files. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to - Add a ""Site Visit"" to the solicitation - Extend the ""Questions Due Date"" to June 14th, 2024 - Extend the ""Government Response Due Date"" to June 18th, 2024 - Extend the ""RFQ Due Date"" to June 28th, 2024 All other dates, and terms and conditions remain unaltered.
