- 4 sets of mix-in-case, RAM rocket motor hardware **The contractor shall be approved to handle ITAR drawings and hardware and show documentation of that approval. **The contractor shall be in compliance with DFARS 252.204-7020 SPRS. **The contractor shall be able to machine parts out of� 6061-T6 ALUMINUM IAW ASTM B221,B209; POLYETHERETHERKETONE (PEEK) POLYMER 450G; 316/316L STAINLESS STEEL IAW ASTM A240/A240M OR ASTM A276/A276M� per drawing requirements. THREADS SHALL BE IAW ASME B1.1 **The contractor shall be able to meet tolerances for each part. Drawings similar to other parts in the package are provided for reference. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, SURFACE ROUGHNESS SHALL NOT EXCEED 125 ? IN Ra PER ASME B46.1 ON ALL MACHINED SURFACES. **The contractor shall make 4 sets of parts each set containing fifteen pieces (total of 60 parts). ITEM IDENTIFICATION: IDENTIFY IAW MIL-STD-130. METHOD: RUBBER STAMP WITH .13 IN HIGH CHARACTERS USING CONTRASTING COLOR INK The expected PoP shall be 16 weeks post award.�
