- THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE TO THE SUCCESSFUL NMACC III POOL 2 PHASE 1 OFFERORS ONLY.� THIS IS THE SEED PROJECT FOR POOL 2 UNDER 70Z04723RNMACCSB. This project includes�a new bulkhead, tieback/anchors, fender system, concrete cap, cutter utility shore ties (telecom, electrical, water, & sewer), etc.� Repair the floating pier and marine fuel distribution system and bilge water tank.� Install new sanitary sewer lines to prevent freezing and sloped for positive flow.� Site work includes pavement patching, utility work, lighting, striping, etc. See full solicitation for full description.� Project specifications, Drawings, Attachments will be distributed to Pool 2 Phase 2 Offerors via DoDSafe.��
