- FY 24 USNS MERCY (T-AH 19) SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BASE YEAR PLUS 4 OPTION YEARS POP 01AUG24- - 31JUL25 (BASE YEAR) PB980 PREMIUM PLUS SERVICE AGREEMENT The Naval Medical Research Logistics Command Det- Fort Detrick has a requirement for a Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) to provide support for preventative and corrective maintenance of the existing units (PB980 Ventilators on the T-AH-19 and T-AH-20). Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized maintenance contractor for the proposed equipment/systems (Puritan Bennett 980 Ventilator Premium Plus Services), such that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty, and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions
