- Description
- The New Hampshire National Guard is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) as a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR 13.5.� The Government intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision demolish 30,000 sqft of office space.�� The scope of this work shall involve the removal of nearly 38,000 sqft of mold contaminated walls, partitions, and drywall; the removal of almost 10,000 sqft of mold contaminated suspended ceiling tiles; and the removal of approximately 10,000 sqft of mold contaminated carpet.� The contractor shall also perform mold abatement through the 30,000 sqft area as well as disposal of all debris at that site.� The Government also requests that interested parties provide pricing for removal for mold in the HVAC system of that building as an option.�� The contract duration will be 60 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238918, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $500,000. �� A site visit will be held 2 July 2024 at 0900 at Pease ANGB.
