- The purpose of this amendment is incorporate the requirements of FAR 13.106-1(a)(2)(1) The basis on which award will be made�is Price and Past Performance Update the newest Wage Determination ************************************************************************************************************************************8 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912P724Q00034 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR, DFARS and Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04 dated April 1, 2024. This solicitation is Total Small Business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 562119 (Other Waste Collection), with a small business size standard of $47,000,000. This acquisition is for�Drift/Debris Haul Out and Disposal Services.
