- IRA/ BIL 2024 TWIN FALLS DISTRICT FENCE REPAIRS: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue one or more firm fixed-price contract(s) for the following: IRA - Shell Rock 1 Exclosure: Furnishing labor and equipment to remove approximately 1,534 feet of 4 strand barbed wire fence and construct approximately 1,534 feet of three pole steel jack fence with contractor-furnished materials. IRA - Shell Rock 2 Exclosure: Furnishing labor and equipment to remove approximately 1,800 feet of 4 strand barbed wire fence and construct approximately 2,104 feet of three pole steel jack fence with contractor-furnished materials. IRA - Sugarloaf Exclosure: Furnishing labor and equipment to remove approximately 3,561 feet of 4 strand barbed wire fence and construct approximately 3,561 feet of three pole steel jack fence with contractor-furnished materials. IRA - Sugarloaf Pipeline Exclosure: Furnishing labor and equipment to remove approximately 1,508 feet of 4 strand barbed wire fence and construct approximately 1,508 feet of three pole steel jack fence with contractor-furnished materials. IRA - Sagehen Exclosure: Furnishing labor, equipment, and materials to remove 750 feet of 4 strand barbed wire fence Furnishing labor, equipment, and to install approximately 1,200 feet of 3 pole steel jack fence, building gates, constructing with contractor furnished materials. IRA - McMullen Exclosure: Furnishing labor and equipment to remove approximately 2,356 feet of 4 strand barbed wire fence with contractor-furnished materials. Shoshone Creek Exclosure: Furnishing labor, equipment, and materials to remove approximately 2,256 feet of 4 strand barbed wire fence and install approximately 2,256 feet of three pole steel jack fence with contractor-furnished materials. BIL - Wilson Spring Exclosure: Furnishing labor, equipment, and materials to remove approximately 300 feet of 4 strand barbed wired fence and install approximately 2,600 feet of 4 stand barbed wire pasture fence with wood stays between each steel post building gates, corner, and panels using schedule 40 black pipe for structures constructing with contractor furnished materials. Also install approximately 750 feet of suspended fence with a schedule 40 black pipe every 30 feet with two wooden stays between each steel pipe with contractor furnished materials. The schedule single post schedule 40 black pipe for the suspended section of the fence must have weld-on permanent wire attachments to hold the barbed wire in place. There are two creek crossings on this stretch of fence as well. BIL - Upper Cold Creek Exclosure: Furnishing labor, equipment, and materials to inspect and repair approximately 1,600 feet of four strand barbed wire pasture fence, replacing the top smooth wire with barbed wire, adding wood fence stays between each steel post, rebuilding gates, replacing corners, and panels, using schedule 40 black pipe for structure replacement with contractor-furnished property. Furnishing labor, equipment, and materials to remove and construct 265 feet of 4 four strand barbed wire pasture fence, rebuilding gates, replacing corners, and panels, using schedule 40 black pipe for structure replacement with contractor-furnished property. The project site is located in Cassia and Twin Falls Counties, Idaho. Project price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation is Set-Aside for Small Business. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about July 8, 2024. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 238990 with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. All questions regarding this requirement shall be directed to Patricia A.
