Description

This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT / MARKET RESEARCH notice to request information for Government planning purposes only. �UNICOR is seeking to gain knowledge of the interest, competition adequacy and technical capabilities of commercial vendors to supply the below repair parts for a potential future acquisition. �All information in this request is considered confidential and shall not be used by the Respondent for any reason other than responding to this request.� Your response is�NOT�an offer.� Do NOT submit proposals or offers.� RESPONDING TO THIS RFI WILL NOT RESULT IN A CONTRACT OF ANY TYPE.� Responses to this RFI are regarding the technical capabilities to supply�Repair Parts for an Epilog Laser Engraver. �Epilog Model B Tube (RCO199)-STEP MOTOR SZ23 (MTO312)-PCB,X-AXIS,M18/24/H/F Small businesses are encouraged to respond. This request does not obligate UNICOR to pay any cost that any Respondent incurs in the preparation of its response.� All cost associated with the preparation of a response to this request will be borne solely by the Respondent.� Participants are still required to follow any procurement process that may take place in the future.� If a solicitation is released, it will be advertised in under �Contracting Opportunities� in SAM.gov.� It is the responsibility of potential offerors/bidders to monitor these sites for the release of any solicitation.� All submitted responses shall become the property of UNICOR and will not be returned.� The government requests that no proprietary or confidential business data be submitted in a response to this notice. However, responses that indicate the information therein is proprietary, it will be properly safeguarded for Government use only.� Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. To aid the agency, please segregate any proprietary information.
