- The U.S. Air Force, 60 CONS, intends to solicit and award a purchase order, in accordance with FAR 13 Simplified Procedures, to Medtronic, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), that the circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonable available. 60 CONS will award a purchase order for item Software Upgrade kit (BI71000875) includes access to the 2D Long Film software feature, associated hardware items ( Includes Collimator BI40000054 2D Long Film), and installation.� This software and hardware will be installed on David Grant's Medical Center (DGMC) existing O-Arm O2 System. The award date is estimated to be no later than 15 July 2024.� This notice is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals.� A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.� However, any information received from any organization, before 2:00 PM (PST), July 9, 2024, that believes it can meet this requirement will be considered by the Government for a competitive procurement action. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
