- Catered Meals in Austin and Del Valle, TX. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L1-24-Q-1088. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 dated May 22, 2024, and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN20240425. United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO)- Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Catered Meals Services in Austin and Del Valle, TX in accordance with Attachment 1- 3. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 722320 ?Caterer. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Period of Performance is July 13-27, 2024. Offeror must have the ability to perform services in two different locations during this period of performance.
