Description
THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN AMENDED The posted amendment (00002 - there is no 00001) extends the solicitation close to 11:00 AM (CDT) on Monday, July 1, 2024.� The amendment answers questions received from interested parties and adds an addendum to provision 52.212-2 explaining the evaluation factors (and expected submittals from offerors) in greater depth.� The amendment must be acknowledged for offers to be considered.� The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a State of Minnesota certified General Appraiser to perform a real estate appraisal and prepare a report to be used by the Government in connection with the proposed acquisition of specified real property rights.
