Description

AN AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION 36C25924R0099 POSTED ON JUNE 05, 2024. The purpose of this amendment is as follows: Post site visit documents. Post RFIs with responses. Add additional items as follows: BREAKER REBUILD Increase quantity of GE Cabinet Breakers Contractor is required to rebuild, from eight (8) GE Cabinet Breakers to eleven (11) GE Breakers. Additional three breakers are spares and are not mounted in substations. PQM REPLACEMENT Increase quantity of PQM units Contractor is required to rebuild, from five (5) GE PQM units mounted in ATS portion of substations, to nine (9) GE PQM units mounted in ATS portion of substations. Additional PQM units require replacement due to various faults with the PQM itself and no additional work is required on the ATS in which the PQM is mounted. Clarify items within the scope: CLARIFICATION OF SCOPE RETURN REPLACED PQM UNITS TO THE GOVERNMENT: The PQM units being replaced must all be returned to the Government not disposed of by the Contractor. CLARIFICATION OF SCOPE RETURN REPLACED MULTILIN RELAY UNITS TO THE GOVERNMENT: The Multilin Relay units being replaced must be returned to the Government not disposed of by the Contractor. Attach updated scope table. Extend the solicitation close date the current solicitation close date is July 08, 2024, the new close date is July 15, 2024, 10:00 AM MT. All offers will be emailed to Jason Rankin at Jason.rankin@va.gov. All other items and conditions remain the same.
