- OPEN SEASON FALL 2024 (update June 27, 2024): 1) GSA has added the following attachments in support of the Fall 2024 Open Season: Technical Exceptions Worksheet (TEW) Line Item Availability Template Joint Program Open Season Conference Slides Request for AutoBid Account Form 2)�Existing contractors and new offerors may request any new vehicle models to be added to their AutoBid account for bidding during this Fall Open Season using the Google Form at https://forms.gle/aDmwuwa2k4CTT9uSA.� 3)�Due to access restrictions, GSA cannot attach the recording of the Joint Program Open Season Conference held on June 27, 2024. Should vendors or potential offerors wish to view this recording, they may contact the GSA points of contact to request a GSA Affiliated Customer Account (GACA). Once approved, GSA will share the video via Google Drive. --- OPEN SEASON FALL 2024 (June 12, 2024): Under solicitation 47QMCA23R0076, 2024 Star of Life Ambulance Program, GSA is announcing the FY24 Fall Open Season period for existing contractors to provide new model year (NMY) information on awarded line items, as well as for existing contractors or new interested offerors to propose new models under the program. Please see the attached Special Notice for full details. GSA will hold a virtual Industry Day on�Thursday, June 27, 2024, from 9:00am � 10:00am EDT�to go over the Open Season process. All interested parties should attend. Item 888E is an open line item that allows an offeror to propose any commercially-made motor vehicle incorporating emerging technology, for which there is an existing Federal Standard vehicle category and which conforms to all GSA standards and regulations that pertain to the Government�s motor vehicle requirements. �Please see attached Special Notice for more information. --- October 24, 2023 1) GSA is hereby accepting proposals in response to Solicitation 47QMCA23R0076. The official solicitation document and associated attachments are attached herein. GSA will accept feedback, questions, and comment until 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on November 7, 2023. GSA will issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 2024 Star of Life Ambulances in accordance with Federal Vehicle Standards KKK-A-1822F to meet this requirement. GSA Vehicle Purchasing acquires an estimated 50,000 new model year, non-tactical vehicles for Federal Agencies and the Department of Defense (DoD) annually. Prospective offerors must meet the minimum requirements as cited in 2024 Federal Vehicle Standards KKK-A-1822F. The Federal Vehicle Standards are available at http://vehiclestd.fas.gsa.gov/. The contract type contemplated is a multiple-award Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (FFP/IDIQ) contract. The anticipated period of performance is sixty (60) months. It is not anticipated this acquisition will be Set-Aside for Small Business concerns, however all qualified Small Business concerns will be encouraged to submit offers. This acquisition will be classified under NAICS code 336211 � Motor Vehicle Body Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standards can be found at https://www.sba.gov/document/support--table-size-standards. Anticipated Evaluation Factors are Price, Technical Capability, and Management Capability, with a lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) award method. Prospective Offerors: 1. Prospective offerors are required to obtain a username/password and indicate interested makes/models for GSA�s secure online proposal application (AutoBid) prior to issuance of this solicitation. A username and password is obtained by submitting the attached �Request for AutoBid Account� document, complete with all necessary information, to automotiveedi.partnerships@gsa.gov. AutoBid will NOT open for prospective offerors until the solicitation is issued. For additional information on the information to be required by AutoBid, please see the attached ""AutoBid Vendor Instructions"". Anticipated makes/models are included as part of this presolicitation notice. Please utilize this list when requesting interested makes/models. The models identified are not all-inclusive of those that meet the Federal Specification. Equivalent models that meet the minimum requirements may also be offered. The finalized Federal Specification will be included with the solicitation issuance. 2. AutoBid account information will be provided within ten (10) business days of your request. Please request username and password prior to the issuance of the solicitation to avoid delays. 3. Valid and current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) system is required. Please visit https://www.sam.gov for more information. 4. The anticipated issue date of a DRAFT solicitation is October 3, 2023. AutoBid will not open until the official solicitation is issued.
