- Description
- The US Embassy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a passenger van. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Malaysia will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word or MS-Excel or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 25MB. If the file size should exceed the 25MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 25MB each.
