The successful contractor awarded this service contract shall submit a report within 2 weeks after the service to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the inspection, sampling, and testing of each diesel fuel storage vessel that documents the fuel purity and other specific characteristics of the fuel such as: tank I.D., tank size, gallons, water before, water after, before value, after value, categories, grade, and comments. The yearly report for each tank containing the above specified information shall be sent to the COR via electronic mail as an Adobe Reader attachment. Chemically treat diesel fuel in all 28 tanks with treatments like Diesel STA-BIL or equivalent after filtration is completed and include this in the firm fixed price for this contract work. Contractor is responsible for the capturing, containing, storing, transporting and disposal of all fuel/water contaminants that are generated from the performance of the job.
