Description

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23 Black Hills Health Care System, Fort Meade VA Medical Center, Fort Meade, SD intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Roofing Services to demo and replace approximately 2400 square feet of existing roof shingles on building 66.  North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable for this procurement is 238160 Roofing Contractors. Size Standard: $19.0 Million. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small-Business Set-Aside. The RFQ solicitation 36C26324Q0912 will be posted to the Contract Opportunities website on or after July 13, 2024. All solicitation packages and amendments must be accessed at this website. All amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at this website and will not be mailed. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
