Description

This is a total small business set-aside solicitation to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to renovate Bldg 147 greenhouse and Bldg. 103. All work shall be done IAW the Statement of Work and other attachments set forth in this RFP. IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude fo this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Completion shall be 180 days after Notice to Proceed with bond due 10 days after award. Dept. of Labor General Decision #WA20240042 dated 5/24/2024 is applicable to the requirement. Bonds are required. See attachments for more information and important details on how when where to submit proposals and ensure bonding requirements are met.
