- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275) awarded a firm-fixed price Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-23-G-0001 to ELBITAMERICA, INC., 4700 Marine Creek Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76179 on a sole source basis for: the procurement of Cyber and Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements.� The Delivery Order is in-scope to the terms of the Basic Contract for procurement and delivery of Cyber Security Implementation Plan (CSIP) and OPSEC requirements�through the period of performance of the BOA, ending 29 March 2028.� ELBITAMERICA, INC. is the Contract award holder of the BOA and is the only known source that possesses the necessary cyber security practices required to establish and implement an internal CSIP and OPSEC plan for protection of the Government data specific to this effort.
