- The Indian Health Service (IHS), Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Four Corners Regional Medical Center (FCRHC) located in Red Mesa, Arizona 86514 has an upcoming requirement for Non-Personal Service Contract for two (3) Registered Nurses (RN) services for the Ambulatory Care Department. The Period of Performance for this requirement will be for a base period of six (6) months plus one (1) Option Period of six (6) months. **It is the responsibility of the Offeror to submit only qualified, applicable and available full-time personnel. Any personnel submitted by multiple offerors will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration** The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 � Temporary Help Service with a small business size standard of $34.0M. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in according with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price.� Quotes will be due on or by July 19, 2024.� The acquisition is an Indian-Owned Small Business.
