- Which tasks are actually included in the scope outlined under B.2.8 Task List ? Tasks which do not include N/A would be within current scope. The note under the table says that N/A items will not be completed, were performed previously, or will be completed in-house. Does this refer only to Tasks 1-11 where N/A is marked in the Task Description column or all the tasks marked N/A in the Task column? Any Tasks which include N/A would not be within current scope; these tasks will not be completed, were performed previously, or will be completed in-house. For lab analysis of all sampled soil and groundwater, are there any constituents of concern beyond PCBs? Task 16 The current contract SOW Task List does not include this work. Is the Paperwork to be prepared for deed restriction the responsibility of the contractor to draft or is it a standard form sourced from KDHE? The current contract SOW Task List does not include this work. What regulatory levels for PCBs are the comparison metrics to determine the deed restrictions, based on the soil and groundwater sampling conducted in Task 13? Task 17 The current contract SOW Task List does not include this work. Is the cap a physical barrier/engineering control or does it refer to a Corrective Action Plan (CAP)? Task 19 Task 19 does not reference cap and the current contract SOW Task List does not include this work. What are the specs of the sump system to be installed and who is responsible for the installation? The current contract SOW Task List does not include installation of a sump system. How many influent/effluent water samples per sampling event are required for satisfaction of the task? Task 21 The current contract SOW Task List does not include this work. Has a hydrogeological survey been completed that identifies the depth of the water table and viable locations for monitoring wells or is this up to the determination of the installing contractor? The current contract SOW Task List does not include installation of monitoring wells.
