- BLM-CO Vulcan Reclamation Services The BLM-CO Gunnison Field Office requires reclamation services of unauthorized dig sites on public land. BLM intends to issue a contract for reclamation of unauthorized excavation of pits from trespass dozing on public land. Please see 'Attachment 1 - Statement' of Work for further details. A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, July 10th @ 1pm Mountain time to answer any questions. Please send an email to pfrost@blm.gov if you are interested in attending and we will send you a MS Teams invite. Award Basis: Price and Other Factors 1) Technical Response - the technical response will be evaluated against the specifications and capability of the contractor. The technical response will be rated on a scale of: Does or Does not meet. 2) Past Performance- Price and other factors 1) Technical Response - the technical response will be evaluated against the specifications and capability of the specifications. Active Registration www.sam.gov 2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery 3. FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services 4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 5. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS - 562910 - Size Standard: $25 6. Contract Type - Price and Other Factors 7. Award Basis - Price and Other Factors Minimum Requirements for a responsive bid: 1. Signed SF-1449 with all your info and price filled out. 2. Technical response, including your plan to complete the work. 3. Email the above items to the POC no later than 5PM on 07/17/2024.
