- The purpose of this amendment is to provide questions received with their appropriate responses regarding this requirement. This amendment also serves to add a site visit to be held on 7/23/2024 promptly at 11 AM Eastern Time, to be held at the Lieutenant Colonel Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center; 2215 Fuller Road Ann Arbor, MI 48105. To attend you must contact Morgan.Stein@va.gov no later than 12 PM Eastern Time on 7/16/2024 to sign up and obtain additional information to attend. When emailing to attend, please title the subject line with Site Visit Duct Cleaning Service ; in your request you must include your company name and the names of all who will be in attendance. Please Note: Any questions from the site visit need to be emailed after the site visit has concluded. There will be no discussions regarding this requirement during this site-visit, or any other time, outside of emailing the designated point of contact indicated in this RFQ. This amendment also serves to extend the response due date and time from 7/8/2024 12 PM NOON Eastern Time; TO 7/30/2024 12 PM NOON Eastern Time. There are no other changes to this requirement. Questions Received with Responses: Will there be a site visit? RESPONSE: Yes Requesting the HVAC plans. RESPONSE: See attached Do you have to be a part of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association? RESPONSE: No Additionally, would u have the floor plan layout or mechanical drawings for this location that you could send me? RESPONSE: See attached Lastly do you require (ICRA) Infection Control Risk Assessment? RESPONSE: Yes Are Details and location of ""Building 31 available. RESPONSE: See attached Mechanical Drawings for the Basement, 1st, and 2nd floor of Bld. 31. RESPONSE: We don t have as-builts. This is why a site visit is best practice for vendors to be able to provide accurate quotes. Information and location of Air Handling Units (AHU) and all exhaust fans located in the Mechanical Penthouse. RESPONSE: All AHU s and Exhaust Fans are in Mechanical penthouse.
