- WY Live Fish Hauling Tank and Flatbed Fabrication The intent of this Pre-Solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of the upcoming solicitation for a contract at US Fish and Wildlife Service, Saratoga National Fish Hatchery located in Saratoga, Wyoming. This is NOT a request for a quote, proposal, or invitation for bid. On behalf of Saratoga National Fish Hatchery, USFWS Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property, Goods and Services, SAT 2 Team intends to issue a firm-fixed award to customize the flatbed of Freightliner truck and to custom fabricate an aluminum transport tank with two (2) compartments that will be mounted on the flatbed. This custom hauling tank is designed to transport fish. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 332420, Metal Tank (Heavy Gauge) Manufacturing, and the business size standard is 750 employees. The procurement will be a small business set aside. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price type contract. The solicitation will be available 07/03/2024 (or thereafter) with a proposed closing date of 07/17/2024. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only. Once posted, offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at www.sam.gov. Qualified Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to provide offers electronically to the listed Contract Specialist on the solicitation.
