- The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to answer questions from industry. Question #1: Will you please clarify if the Clermont CBOC is to be picked up weekly or once a month? It's listed under two separate bullet points. I've highlighted in blue to make it easy to see. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. For VA Cincinnati pick up schedule: · Contractor will pick-up from Building number one (1) at dock, five (5) times per week, Monday-Friday, between the hours 5:00 a.m. 8:00 a.m. · Clearmont CBOC is to be picked up once (1) a week during normal business days/hours Monday-Friday, between the hours 8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. · Georgetown CBOC is to be picked up Biweekly (every other week) during normal business days/hours Monday-Friday, between the hours 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. · Listed Facilities will be picked up once (1) a month: Cincinnati VA Eye Clinic, VA Domiciliary-Fort Thomas, Bellevue CBOC, Dearborn CBOC, Florence CBOC, Hamilton CBOC. Clermont? · The other facilities listed will be scheduled on as needed basis: Norwood CBOC, and Veteran s Health Administration Community Outreach Division. Answer #1: The second instance of Clermont CBOC under 1x per month was a typo. The CLINS indicate that Clermont should be serviced weekly. The general pickup schedule is hereby changed to the following: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Answer #2: Previously the requirement was set-aside for VETCert Verified SDVOSBs. Now the requirement is set-aside for Small Businesses meaning small businesses are eligible to directly respond and receive an award. Question #3: We would like to know if this is a brand-new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number? Answer #3: The incumbent for this requirement is Earth Smart Environmental Solutions. The contract number is: 36C25024P0074, which is a short term bridge contract.
