- Amendment 0003 07/01/2024 Amendment 0003 is being issued in order to perform the following changes to RFP 47PF0024R0048 - Custodial and Related Services at Midway International Airport - TSA Leased Space: 1. �Issue an updated CBA that includes a dues packet, and addendum to CBA for Airports. � 2. �Extend the due date for proposals to 1:00 PM Central time on July 8, 2024. � All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. � Amendment 0002 06/12/2024: Amendment 0002, RFP 47PF0024R0048 Custodial and Related Services at Midway International Airport - TSA Leased Space Amendment 0002 is being issued in order to perform the following changes to RFP 47PF0024R0048 - Custodial and Related Services at Midway International Airport - TSA Leased Space: 1. Publish the available answers to questions/requests for information (RFI) received to date. 2. Create a deadline for submitting questions/ requests for information(RFI). The deadlines for submitting questions is Friday, June 14, 2024 by 1:00 PM Central time. 3. Changes the Flooring Types of Space 30-311 Training Room and Space 12-132 TSM office from Composite Tile to Carpet in Attachment 'B' of Exhibit J1: Building Information Sheet. 4. Replaces section ""M.1 Basis of Award"" in it's entirety with the following language: ""M.1 Basis of Award This solicitation intends to establish a competitive range comprised of all of the most highly rated proposals; the Contracting Officer may reduce the amount of proposals in the competitive range in accordance with FAR 15.306(c)(2); discussions will only be held with the contractors in the competitive range. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and provides the best value to the Government based on the evaluation factors. The evaluation factors to be used are total evaluated price, and past performance. Past performance is significantly more important than price. As offerors become equal in past performance, price will be the determining factor. Additionally, offerors that fail to conform to the Offeror�s Checklist in L.6 may be excluded from the competitive range. "" The due date for proposals remains the same at June 24, 2024 at 1:00 PM Central Time All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. NOTE RFI are a page on attachment ""AM0002 06 12 24"" Amendment 0001 06/04/2024: Amendment 0001 is being issued in order to perform the following changes to RFP 47PF0024R0048 - Custodial and Related Services at Midway International Airport - TSA Leased Space: 1. Incorporate an updated WD, CBA: This replaces Exhibit J8 Wage Determination Rate/CBA in its entirety. 2. Publish the available answers to questions/requests for information (RFI) received to date (please note, additional answers will be posted as they become available). 3. Provide a copy of the Pre-Proposal Conference Agenda. The due date for proposals remains the same at 06/24/2024 at 1:00 PM Central Time All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
