Please see updated attachment N3904024Q2774 Combined Synopsis Solicitation rev 1. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a rental/lease of One (1) Diesel-Powered portable Tier 4 Final Generator in accordance with the Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 and FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Please review all attachments including the OPSEC document and complete and return the Attachment 1- Combined Synopsis Solicitation rev 1. In order to determine technical acceptability, each offeror must provide in their proposal, generator model and technical specifications. Please see the Combined Synopsis document for full submission instructions, evaluation criteria and applicable clauses and provisions. Responders to this solicitation must be able to meet the following criteria: 1. Entity is capable of meeting ALL specifications outlined in the attached Statement of Work. 2. Entity has an active CAGE code, and current registration in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). 3. Entity does NOT appear on the Excluded Parties List. REQUEST FOR QUOTE: Understanding what a Request for Quote (RFQ) is communication/requesting is crucial to a vendor's ability to understand the Government's need, to provide competitive pricing, reduce change that a quote will be found technically unacceptable and will ensure a successful contract after award. Please complete the highlighted sections of the Request for Quote embedded in this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice, sign and return. The Place of Performance: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard DET Point Loma in San Diego, CA. The Period of Performance: (33) Consecutive Weeks to begin from date of delivery. Delivery shall be made in accordance with a Notice to Proceed (NTP) which will be issued no later than *(XX) Days* before required delivery date. *(XX) Days*= Vendor required mobilization time to meet delivery date (to be determined, but shall be no later than 9/30/2024). This solicitation will close on 9 JUL 2024 at 9:00 AM ET local time. Submitted proposals DO NOT constitute a contract award. Any information submitted by respondents to this solicitation is strictly voluntary.
