- General Requirement: The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and�equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with these�specifications for construction of two buildings with concrete foundation,�concrete perimeter moat, ground faced reinforced concrete masonry walls,�light gage steel trusses and standing seam roof systems in Hilo, Hawaii.Bidder shall provide Base Bid pricing and Alternate pricing as defined in�the contract documents. Location: The site of work is at the USDA/ARS Tropical Plant Genetic Resource and Disease Research Unit in Hilo, Hawaii. Principal Features of Work: Concrete Foundation, Masonry, Light Gage Framing,�Metal Roofing,�HVAC System, Lighting,�Power and Controls Systems,�Telecommunications,�Plumbing Site Visit: An organized site visit has been scheduled for: 1.
