- 20240701: Amendment 0001 Incorporating Updated Wage Determination�TN20240178 06/21/2024 20240618: Add Site Visit roster, Power Point and Minutes. Project BKTZ232017 REPAIR HVAC OPS SPT, B747, at the 118th Wing, Berry Field ANG Base, TN. Work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the plans and specifications. This project is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 and the Small business Size Standard is: $19,000,000.00 in average annual receipts for the past three years. Construction project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Persons intending to submit a bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference site visit. See Section 00 21 00 for location and date. This will be an invitation for bids (IFB) and will include all documents for this solicitation. Award will be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. Funds are not presently available for this contract.
