- Description
- This is not a solicitation: Design-Build.� Renovate six Field Grade and Senior Enlisted Units (4-BDRM) at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni (MCASI).� This project will provide complete renovations to 11,507 SF of family housing across four-structures (Bldg. 680-683) and 6 units for Accompanied Officers (O4 to O5) and their families by replacing and improving building support systems (electrical, mechanical, architectural). Anticipated Project Magnitude: Between �500,000,000 and �1,000,000,000 (Japanese YEN) Anticipated Acquisition Method: Request for Proposal Anticipated Period of Performance: 540 Calendar Days Anticipated Schedule: The Government anticipates soliciting between middle of July to middle of August 2024
